About EFI
Ethics Forum International (EFi) convenes global voices to advance ethicality as a pathway to human flourishing and societal wellbeing, fostering responsibility, innovation, and integrity through stewardship, accountability, and collective trust.

Ethicality is not an abstract ideal, but a living cornerstone we each share. It calls us to integrity and responsibility, and nurtures the flourishing of people, communities, and societies.

Our Purpose
EFi advances a world where ethics and ethicality are lived as a way of being — enabling trust, flourishing, and sustainability across societies and professions.
We create the conditions for ethicality to be explored, challenged, and strengthened. Through recognition, dialogue, education, and publications, EFi offers a platform where dilemmas are confronted with courage and pathways toward more responsible leadership and sustainable societies are shaped.
Why EFi?
EFi exists to affirm ethics and ethicality as a shared foundation for trust and responsibility across society. It provides a cross-professional platform where individuals, organisations, and institutions can demonstrate and celebrate their commitment to ethicality in action.
Leadership and Structure
Ethics Forum International (EFi) was founded and is directed by Wendy-Ann Smith.
EFi connects and supports several of her established initiatives — including the Coaching Ethics Forum, Ethical Edge Insights, the Journal of Coaching Ethics, and the Champions of Courage Awards. Each initiative retains its own independent teams and contributors. Together, they are strengthened by the EFi framework, which provides shared ethical infrastructure and recognition systems across all initiatives.
Looking Ahead
EFi will continue to expand its impact through recognition pathways, international convenings, and thought leadership — amplifying ethics as a foundation for wellbeing, sustainability, and courageous leadership worldwide.
Ethics Forum International (EFi) operates under AETHIC (Association for Ethics in Coaching), a registered non-profit association under French Law 1901. Registration No. W381026036.
