An experiential online workshop with

Who we are shapes how we coach.
This interactive workshop invites you to step beyond coaching skills and
techniques to explore the person doing the coaching: who you are, what you
bring into your relationships with others, the coaching life you are
creating, and the coach you are becoming.
Through guided reflection, conversation and practical activities, we will explore four interconnected movements:
— Who am I?
— Who are they, and who are we together?
— What kind of coaching life am I creating?
— Who am I becoming?
You will work with your strengths, values, motivations, lived experience and relational presence, consider what supports your wellbeing and flourishing as a coach, and begin charting an intentional path forward.
The workshop includes a specially designed participant workbook to support your reflection during the session.

If the Academy of Ethicality is unable to hold the workshop as scheduled, the workshop will be rescheduled, and your registration will automatically transfer to the new date. If the workshop cannot be rescheduled, registered participants will receive a full refund of the
workshop fee.
